Lease
Our townhomes are available for lease.
- Monthly rates range from $950 to $1,100 per month plus utilities.
- Tenants are subject to association rules, but do not pay any
fees.
Lease/Purchase Option
- If you are not prepared to purchase immediately, but wish to
purchase one of our townhomes, we are offering a lease agreement
that applies a portion of your monthly lease as a down payment
for the townhome that you are renting. It is our intent to help
you ease into the ownership of one of our townhomes.
Accordingly, we are prepared to negotiate a detailed option plan
that would provide a purchase price for the townhome fixed for at
least two years from the starting date of your rental lease.
