The community is known as Nokes Knoll Townhomes, and is located on a newly developed street named Ally Drive in Swanton, Vermont.
The
community consists of 36 townhome units located in nine separate buildings on
a six acre parcel of land. Each townhome unit is approximately 1440
square feet and has an enclosed garage. Floor plans are available

Municipal water, sewer and electricity will serve the project. At the time of this offering each unit is permitted for two bedrooms with a third room for general use. The buildings are of wood frame materials with vinyl siding and asphalt tile roof.
The community is located in Swanton, Vermont, a town of charm and culture
